Collector notes

Condition. Check for centering on full art borders, surface scratches on holo pattern, edge wear from promo packaging, and print defects common in recent promos like minor bubbling on foil.

Storage. Use semi-rigid holders or top loaders with sleeves; store in cool, dry environment away from sunlight to prevent foil oxidation; avoid stacking without dividers.

Authenticity. Verify Black Star Promo holographic pattern and official Pokémon backing; check numbering #039; compare artist signature 'Saboteri'; fakes often have blurry text or incorrect font on attack 'Bubble'; use graded/graded population reports (e.g., graded9 pop 17).
